Fees & Insurance
FLT is a private-pay psychotherapy practice. Superbills can be provided at the Client’s request and then submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. The amount reimbursed is determined by the insurance company.
If you would like to call your insurance company ahead of time to inquire about your benefits, the typical CPT code listed on Superbills for FLT is 90834.
Sessions are $300 for 50 minutes. Sliding scale fees may be available and can be discussed during your initial consultation.
good faith estimate
If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance for therapy, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of your care.
You can request an estimate before scheduling or at any point during our work together. Additional information about your rights under the No Surprises Act is available through the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
where do we meet?
Any California resident can be seen virtually. For in-person sessions, the FLT office location is located in Santa Monica, California. The mailing address for the practice is 1014 Broadway #627, Santa Monica, CA 90401.
